Professional Summary

Eva Coego brings international occupational therapy experience to our team. She is a fully trilingual occupational therapist (English, French, Spanish) whose professional experience includes working with both adult and paediatric populations in four different countries. She works in the assessment and treatment of individuals suffering from mental illness, traumatic brain injury, stroke, physical and mental disabilities, learning disabilities and fine/gross motor delays.

Eva has completed training in Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP), a highly individualized approach designed for the use of meta-cognitive skills to help the individual reach his or her goals for performance of daily living skills.

With a background in community intervention with vulnerable populations, Eva’s practice uses a psychosocial approach to enable participation in meaningful activities, optimize quality of life and independence. Eva is a certified therapist with the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP)

She is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO), and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
