Jaëlle is a bilingual occupational therapist from Gatineau, registered to practice in both Ontario and Quebec. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and graduated with honours from her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Ottawa.

In her more than 6 years of experience in private practice, Jaëlle has developed skills working with various population, including physical and cognitive dysfunction, chronic pain, concussion, and mental health disorders, including depression and anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. Jaëlle enjoys working with clients to facilitate their return to work, providing job coaching, working with veterans and military members, and clients suffering from motor vehicle accidents injuries. She has experience working with complex cases and through several different referral sources.

She is passionate about helping her clients developing coping skills and empowering them to make changes to attain their goals and to return to living meaningful lives. Her love for occupational therapy grows with each new client, valuing the client-therapist bond and treating therapy as teamwork.

Jaëlle is also a certified PGAP (progressive goal attainment program) provider and has pursued continuing education in diverse subjects including mindfulness, ergonomics, CBT, motivational interviewing, ADHD, sleep hygiene, concussion, and brain injury rehabilitation, to name only a few.

She is in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and L’Ordre des Ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ) and is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT).
