*NEW* Stress Management & Resilience Coaching – Kingston, ON

Are you feeling overstretched, do you worry about burnt out, or have difficulty managing the stress of everyday life? Are you frustrated because you can’t take on new things or find it difficult adapting to change? Have you recently gone through a big transition, such as moving, retirement, ending a relationship, or changing jobs? Do you have a busy family that demands your time and energy, leaving nothing left for yourself? Life is constantly changing, and adapting to these changes can be very stressful. Resilience is the quality we need to be able to withstand and effectively cope with stress.

In this 6-week group program, participants will be provided with the knowledge and practical strategies needed to become more resilient to better manage stress and optimize their health and happiness. This program is facilitated by an occupational therapist who creates a compassionate, supportive learning environment that will allow for positive changes to unfold.
