Operations Manager – Ottawa, Kingston, Pembroke

Olivia Furlonger began her career working with at-risk youth in Southwestern Ontario. After relocating to Kingston, Olivia transitioned to an administrative role with a local community services centre supporting vulnerable populations. This experience led to an opportunity to work with children and families which included the management of clinics in Frontenac and Lennox and Addington counties aimed at strengthening relationships and facilitating contact between parents and their children.

In 2018, with the expansion of the Modern OT Kingston clinic, Olivia joined the Modern OT team as the Kingston Office Manager, and has since transitioned to Operations Manager, managing processes and business operations for the Ottawa, Kingston, and Pembroke clinics.

Olivia enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud Kingstonian, connoisseur of local eateries, and a passionate outdoor enthusiast. She loves rainy days and a good podcast. On warm, sunny days, you will find Olivia on the water enjoying her love of kayaking and discovering one of the many gorgeous lakes Kingston and surrounding area has to offer.
