Susan graduated from Carleton University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Education. More recently, she obtained a Certificate of Archives and Records Management from Algonquin College.

After raising her family, she spent over a decade working in various aspects of the service industry before coming to modernOT to work in the Accounts Receivable department. Although she was raised near Sarnia and lived in both Guelph and Alberta, she is pleased to have settled in Ottawa, as she has an unexplainable love for the Rideau River and its Canal.

On weekends, Susan enjoys classic films, reading, baking, and riding her bike. Being a geography nerd, she also enjoys time out in Eastern Ontario
