Professional Summary

Kathy has worked in the field of rehabilitation for 16 years, as a Rehabilitation Case Manager/ Disability Case Manager in Eastern Ontario for twelve years. She coordinates rehabilitation for individuals with catastrophic injuries as well as performs Vocational Assessments for individuals with varying disabilities, including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), chronic pain and soft tissue injuries, as well as complex orthopaedic injuries. Kathy also has extensive experience in mental health.

She holds the Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) through the Vocational Rehabilitation Association, as well as the Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) designation through the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. Kathy is also a member of the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society.

Kathy completed The Fundamentals of Psychometric Assessments: Understanding Validity, Reliability and Psychometric Assessment: Selection, Administration and Interpretation of “B” Level tools through Yorkville University in 2018.  She is qualified to complete Level B psychometric testing.
