Professional Summary

Delphine obtained her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, after completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy in Belgium. Her diverse academic and clinical background has equipped her with a strong knowledge in working with adult populations across various healthcare settings. She is committed to delivering holistic, client-centred care that supports individuals in achieving their goals and maximizing participation in meaningful activities.

Delphine supports clients experiencing challenges in daily functioning across physical, cognitive, emotional and mental health areas. She works closely with individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, managing chronic pain and living with physical impairments. Prior to joining Modern OT, Delphine practiced as an occupational therapist in Belgium and France, where she worked in hospital and rehabilitation settings with a wide range of adult clients. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals with stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, orthopedic injuries and other neurological conditions. These diverse experiences have strengthened her problem-solving skills and her ability to tailor intervention plans that address each client’s unique needs.

Delphine has a particular interest in supporting clients with neurological impairments and chronic conditions, helping them find a safe balance at home and remain engaged in meaningful activities.

Delphine is committed to developing tailored treatment plans that enhance independence and promote quality of life. She actively seeks ongoing professional development to ensure her practice remains evidence-based and aligned with current best practices.  With a strong focus on enabling participation in everyday life, Delphine is devoted to empowering her clients’ functioning through meaningful goal-oriented therapy.

In her spare time, Delphine enjoys listening to music and dancing, cooking and exploring the outdoors with her friends and family.
